Wootton 2 in Springfield, IL
|

Hi,
Welcome to the Home Page of Jim and
Jean and Joy and Gwen. We are now
in Springfield, IL. This comes after God
gave us the privilege of serving Him for
almost 8 years at Trinity Baptist
Church, located in Metterich, Germany.
The picture you see to the top left is of
"the girls" while Joy was undergoing her
Chemo Therapy for Leukemia. Joy's
therapy took a sudden turn "for the
wrong" when in November of 2003 she
was administered an incorrect therapy
in her spinal column. She is now
paralyzed from her collar bones to her
toes. More information can be found by
following the third link listed on the left.
Joy's accident is what God used to
bring us back to the USA in August of
2006.
God has opened the opportunity for a
new home nursing care business to be
started. In October of 2006, Joyful
Nursing was born. The web site for the
business is listed on the left.
The business was started to care for
Joy, but God has now opened the door
of opportunity to begin caring for others
in their homes. In July of 2007, we
started a non-emergency medi-van
transport business and then
incorporated. The entire business is
know as Joyful Enterprises. We also
web site commerce selling candy gift
baskets, stethoscopes, and personal
safety equipment.
We have a son, Jamie (James III) who
is a Family Practice Physician in year
three of his residency. He is now
divorced and fighting to care for his
children who live with their mother.
On the left hand side of this page, you
see four different web sites listed.
- The first is the web site of the
Corporation, with a great introductory
video.
- The second site will take you directly
to the original Nursing site.
- The third site is a "Yahoo Groups"
site where you can view the latest
updates on Joy. If you join the Group,
you will be the first to know of any
changes that occur in the life of Joy or
other pertinent information.
- And finally, the last site is where you
will find pictures of the Wootton's.
Thank you for visiting our family site.
Remember, we serve a mighty God!!
While we may often be surprised by life
events, God never is!! Keep your eyes
on Him. He never fails!!
